✅Improvements you do can increase the value of your home - update your policy.
✅Make sure contractors working on your home have insurance.
✅Pools don’t typically effect your replacement cost: it is more of a liability.

✅The bank mortgage has to be 100% covered
✅Market Value 💲and Replacement value 💲don’t always match❌. Know the three levels of insurance:
1. Replacement -
2. Extended replacement cost which covers 150%
3. Guaranteed replacement cost

Insure your Business:
✅Be sure to Separate Personal and business liability
✅Be sure to set up your entities correctly - ie: If you buy building in your personal name and work under a LLC - you may not be covered enough.
✅Get E+O insurance
✅Look into Cyber insurance as everyone is a target; get your add on policy for this.
✅Make sure contractors have insurance.
